Terms of Service

These Terms describe the rules for using Clippify, a creator campaign platform operated by Traffic Wolves LLC.

Last Updated

Platform Use

Clippify is operated by Traffic Wolves LLC, a California limited liability company. Clippify helps brands run creator campaigns and helps creators discover offers, apply to campaigns, submit eligible post URLs, and track review status and earnings.

You may use Clippify only if you can follow these Terms, the campaign rules shown inside the platform, and applicable laws and platform policies for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other supported services.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

Creators may browse campaigns and apply to offers. Campaign access, submission permissions, and earnings visibility may depend on campaign status, admin settings, budget availability, and platform rules.

Admins and brands may create campaigns, review applications, moderate submissions, manage budgets, and investigate suspicious activity.

Traffic Wolves LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, campaign rules, legal requirements, or third-party platform policies.

Campaign Applications

Applying to a campaign does not guarantee payment or continued access. Campaigns may close, pause, reach capacity, or become unavailable because of budget limits, policy review, or admin decisions.

Clippify may approve, reject, remove, waitlist, or restrict creator access when needed to protect campaign quality, brand safety, or platform integrity.

Submissions and Content

Creators must submit only posts that they own, control, or are authorized to use for the relevant campaign.

Submitted posts must follow the campaign brief, platform policies, disclosure requirements, copyright rules, and any brand safety restrictions shown in the campaign.

Duplicate, misleading, private, unavailable, stolen, manipulated, or unrelated submissions may be rejected.

Tracking and Eligible Views

When a post is submitted, Clippify may save baseline metrics such as views at submission time. Only eligible views after submission are considered for campaign calculations.

Tracking is near real-time, not instant. Metric updates may depend on social platform APIs, provider limits, account permissions, post availability, and scheduled polling.

Clippify may correct or recalculate metrics when duplicate data, provider errors, suspicious activity, or campaign budget limits are detected.

Earnings Review

Tracked earnings are estimates until reviewed and approved. Tracked views do not automatically become approved earnings, payable balance, or paid money.

Earnings may be held, reduced, rejected, or partially approved because of campaign budget caps, fraud review, wrong account ownership, duplicate posts, platform errors, or rule violations.

Payout features may be added or changed over time. Until a payout method is enabled and approved, Clippify may show earnings as pending, reserved, approved, payable, or paid depending on campaign state. Additional details are available at https://clippify.agency/earnings-policy.

Fraud and Abuse

You may not inflate views, buy traffic, use bots, submit another creator's content, hide ownership, manipulate engagement, or attempt to drain campaign budgets through invalid activity.

Clippify may flag, review, freeze, remove, or ban accounts and submissions when suspicious behavior is detected.

Third-Party Platforms

Clippify integrates with external services such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, hosting providers, authentication providers, and analytics or email tools.

Those services have their own terms and policies. Clippify is not responsible for outages, API limits, policy changes, unavailable metrics, account restrictions, or decisions made by third-party platforms.

No Professional Advice

Information shown in Clippify is for campaign operations and platform administration. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Users are responsible for their own tax reporting, business records, creator disclosures, and compliance obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traffic Wolves LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, platform downtime, unavailable third-party APIs, rejected submissions, or delayed metric updates.

Clippify is provided as available. We work to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or perfect accuracy from third-party social metrics.

Changes and Availability

We may update features, campaign rules, pricing models, tracking logic, or these Terms as the platform evolves.

We may suspend or limit access to the platform when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or product changes.
