Clippify is operated by Traffic Wolves LLC, a California limited liability company. Clippify is a creator campaign and clipping marketplace where brands create campaigns, creators apply to campaigns, submit social post links, and track campaign performance and earnings.

We may collect account profile information such as name, email address, role, avatar, language, theme preference, and authentication status.

We store platform activity such as campaign applications, campaign approvals, submitted post URLs, support tickets, notifications, earnings records, and admin review actions.

When a creator connects a social account, we may store platform identifiers, usernames, profile URLs, connection status, token references, and timestamps needed to verify and track submitted posts.

If you connect an Instagram professional account, TikTok account, YouTube account, or another supported social account, Clippify uses that connection only for campaign-related workflows.

We may read basic account information, media identifiers, media URLs or submitted URLs, and available post insights such as views, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves, timestamps, and engagement metrics.

We do not use connected social accounts to publish content, send messages, or comment on your behalf unless a separate feature and permission are explicitly added in the future.

We use data to operate campaign applications, validate creator eligibility, prevent duplicate submissions, verify post ownership, calculate baseline views, track eligible views, estimate earnings, protect campaign budgets, and provide support.

Tracking records may include baseline views captured at submission time, later metric snapshots, eligible view calculations, fraud review signals, provider timestamps, and admin review decisions.

Views that happened before a post was submitted are not counted as eligible campaign views.

Clippify may review submissions for duplicate URLs, wrong account ownership, suspicious traffic spikes, abnormal engagement patterns, private or unavailable posts, and other signs of misuse.

Suspicious submissions may be held for manual review before campaign earnings are approved.

We may send in-app notifications and, when email delivery is enabled, email updates for approvals, rejections, tracking warnings, support replies, budget changes, and payout status.

Users can adjust campaign notification preferences from their profile.

We do not sell personal information.

We may share limited campaign and submission information with brands, admins, and service providers only when needed to operate the platform, process campaign reviews, provide hosting, analytics, email delivery, authentication, security, or customer support.

We may disclose information when required to comply with law, enforce platform rules, investigate fraud, protect campaign budgets, or respond to valid legal requests.

Clippify may use cookies, local storage, log data, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, protect sessions, measure performance, and improve the product.

We keep account, campaign, submission, tracking, and earnings records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and maintain accurate campaign history.

If an account is deleted, we may retain limited records required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or financial audit history.

You can disconnect supported social accounts from your profile when the feature is available in your account settings.

Clippify is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Access to creator and admin functionality is role-protected. API requests use authentication tokens, and production routes are protected by domain and security headers.

No online service can guarantee perfect security. Do not share account credentials or submit content from accounts you do not control.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Clippify adds features, integrations, or legal requirements. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
