Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how Clippify users can request deletion of account data, connected social account data, and campaign-related personal information.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to smirnovrostyslav@gmail.com with the subject line: Clippify Data Deletion Request.

Include the email address used for your Clippify account and, if relevant, the connected Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube username you want removed.

What We Delete

After verifying the request, we will delete or disconnect personal profile data, connected social account identifiers, token references, notification preferences, and support details where deletion is permitted.

We may also anonymize campaign application, submission, tracking, or earnings records when those records are needed for campaign integrity, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial history, or legal compliance.

Timing

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.

If we need more information to verify the account or complete the request, we will reply to the email address used for the request.

Disconnecting Social Accounts

When social account settings are available inside your Clippify profile, you may disconnect supported accounts there.

You can also revoke Clippify access from the relevant third-party platform account settings, such as Meta, Instagram, TikTok, or Google account permissions.
